Kids these days spend all it’s time in door with their HD TVs and video games, most parents don’t like it to be this way but there seem to be no way to keep them away. However i have found that the kids will go outside activities if a more fun alternative to video games is presented to them. The problem is what outdoors activities can compete with the up to date video games that keep releasing more impressive versions every year keeping all kids glued to their seats in front of the TV all day. On my personal experience i have found that go karts can be the answer to this problem.

The feel of the air against your face while riding a motor vehicle at top speed is an unbeatable experience that virtual racing environments can not match. Go Karts are a perfect toy to create long lasting childhood memories, it is also a great form of entertaining for adults making it a great way to spend some time with your family. Kids love the experience and they never get tired of it. The only problem your going to have is prevent them from using at night or during rainy days.

I know what your thinking, a motor vehicle is too dangerous for a kid. But kids go karts are made with safety as a priority. Kids go karts don’t reach speeds at which the kart can flip over and the correct security equipment, that often comes with the kart, is more than enough to make collisions completely safe since the kids go kart have very light weight and few acceleration so the collisions won’t have to much force while having a fast racing experience. To protect your kids from toxic fumes you should consider an electric powered kart instead of a gas one. This being more friendly with the environment, also look for gel  based batteries which are non flammable. Also the electric kids go kart’s maintenance is much cheaper than a gas go kart.

Regarding to cost, kids go kart powered by electricity is a low cost option. As mentioned before they have a low maintenance cost and to be purchased they can be found as cheap as 200 buck depending of the specifications (go karts for kids are a lot cheaper than adult  ones), this is less than the newer video game console, and even compared to an older generation console you still have a lower price since you don’t have to buy a video games every year that a new version comes out.

These is why i recommend buying your kids a appropriate model of go kart to provide them with healthy, safe fun while keeping them away from the vicious video games that these days come to the market. All this for a cost much lower than what you expect.
